Open Enrollment Meetings:
We will again be doing a virtual presentation with some live Q&A sessions via Teams. This will allow you to watch the presentation when you have the time and you can share it with family members. The presentation is about 22 minutes long and can be found here: 2026 Virtual OE Presentation
An email will be sent out the day of with a link to access the Q&A session. These are drop in sessions where you may come and go any time during the hour. Members of the Benefits Team will be in the session for the full hour to chat and answer any questions you may have. If you are not able to attend or have a personal question to ask, please send those to fpsbenefits@fpsk12.net. We hope you can join us for one of the following sessions:
Thursday, November 6th from 3-4 p.m. Monday, November 10th from 4-5 p.m.
Friday, November 14th from 3-4 p.m. Wednesday, November 19th from 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, November 19th from 6-7 p.m. Thursday, November 20th from 6-7 p.m.
Unum Voluntary Benefits:
Enrollment must be completed by November 21st
If you are adding Voluntary Life or Short Term Disability coverage during open enrollment, then you will be required to complete Evidence of Insurability for approval by Unum.

Enrollment and changes will be processed through the Unum Employee Navigator. The Resource page has coverage details, videos and links to enroll or schedule time with a Unum Enrollment Support Representative. Once registered, you should be able to log in again here.

Navia Flexible Spending:
Enrollment is done online using the Navia Participant Portal. Links will be active November 3rd. Enrollment must be submitted by November 21st.
