Open Enrollment Meetings:
This year we will be doing a virtual presentation with some live Q&A sessions via Teams. This will allow you to watch the presentation when you have the time and you can share it with family members. The presentation is about 17 minutes long and can be found here: 2025 Virtual OE Presentation
An email will be sent out the day of with a link to access the Q&A session. The link is also included here but will not be active until the day and time of the specific Q&A session. Please send personal questions to fpsbenefits@fpsk12.net and join us for one of the following sessions:
Monday, November 11th from 3-4 p.m. Thursday, November 14th from 4-5 p.m.
Monday, November 18th from 4-5 p.m. Wednesday, November 20th from 3-4 p.m.
Unum Voluntary Life and Disability:
Print, complete and return enrollment/change forms to the Benefits Office by November 22nd
If you are adding Voluntary Life or Short Term Disability coverage during open enrollment, then you will be required to complete Evidence of Insurability for approval by Unum.

Navia Flexible Spending:
Enrollment is done online using the Navia Participant Portal. Links will be active November 11th. Enrollment must be submitted by November 22nd.
