The Width Family

Our family has been a part of the FPS district since 2008 when my oldest son started at Beechview Elementary School. He is now at Farmington High School, and my youngest son is at East Middle School.  We have been extremely happy with our experiences at all of the FPS schools we’ve attended, but have been especially pleased with our time at East. The East staff is the best; they are easy to work with, responsive, and they genuinely care about our children. The administration is top notch, and the school runs like a well-oiled machine with them in charge. The buildings we’ve been in so far in FPS have been in less than stellar shape, but the improvements that have been made possible by the approval of the recent school bond have made amazing changes to the look, feel, and safety of our buildings.  The rooms, and especially the gym, at East are beautiful! The classrooms provide a bright, more comfortable space for the students to learn, and this makes a big difference. We are happy that we chose to live in Farmington Hills, and feel that our boys are thriving due to the fabulous education they’ve received in Farmington Public Schools.
