The pupil accounting department for Farmington Public Schools supports each of our schools with MiStar, our student information system. We keep up to date on all state pupil accounting requirements. We oversee the on-line enrollment process in MiStar. We post term report cards to MiStar Parent Portal. We assist teachers with gradebook issues. We submit the district calendars to Oakland Schools auditors and the state to make sure that we meet the days and hours requirements each year and update these calendars in MiStar. We supervise and audit each school’s count day documentation and submit the electronic reports that generate the pupil foundation received from the state on “count days.” We are responsible for other state reports as well. We also do the enrollments and scheduling for the Virtual Learning Academy Consortium through Oakland Schools and the shared time program we have with Our Lady of Sorrows School. We are here to help support our schools.
