Welcome to Before/Aftercare Registration

Welcome to the Farmington Family YMCA’s Afterschool Program! Please see below for important information and updates!

All registration is online. If you are unable to enroll online, please contact Kam Uebbing for further information.  

Visit our website ymcadetroit.org via ACTIVE.net, our association network to complete enrollment.

Once enrolled, participants will receive a welcome email to our new  data collection network, ePACT. We are excited for this new opportunity, and can't wait for our participants to get great use out of it as it is a very user-friendly network to collect and process data collection for our programs. 

Programming will start on Monday August 28th, 2023.  **Please note that half day registration is separate from PM registration. Families in need of care for the half day will need to be pre-registered at least for days in advance.  

Rates are as follows:

**Please be aware that all of our program sites are required to stay in compliance with the state of Michigan licensing regulations at a ratio of 1:18 in order to keep both our students and staff safe at all times**

In the top right corner please click on sign in.

Step 3
Sign into your account or join.

Step 4
Click on activities located in the blue bar at the top of the screen.

Step 5
Click on Afterschool in the drop down.

Step 6
Scroll down to find your school.

Step 7
enroll

***You will then receive an email within 24 hours from ePact. This is our student information collection process. You will use ePact to complete your student's personal information, emergency contacts, and authorized pick ups. If you completed this last school year, you will be asked to reconfirm your student's information for this school year prior to them attending care.***
