Kindergarten

  • ** NEW - posted April 7, 2020 **

Registration for Kindergarten usually takes place at the child’s home school. Due to school closures related to the Coronavirus Crisis, we have created the following: Kindergarten Registration Intent Form. This information will give the District a better idea of the number of Kindergarten students who will be enrolled in our schools for the 2020-2021 school year.

When we are able to begin officially registering families in person, the District will set up times for families to register. To register, parents are asked to bring a driver’s license and proof of residency, such as warranty deed, current property tax statement or lease/rental agreement with occupancy date including a list of all occupants, and any two of the following items: current gas, electric, telephone, or cable bill. Water bills do not meet the accepted criteria.  Other required documentation includes the child's birth certificate, immunization record, and a health physical form.

    Normal Registration Process

Parents should register for Kindergarten at their current home schools (based on your address).

Kindergarten registration can occur at any time, however, it is best for parents to register their child(ren) as early as possible to guarantee placement at their home school.
