Facilities Management is responsible for managing resources that are organized to provide a variety of facility and project management related services in the areas of building operations and maintenance. We handle things such as janitorial services, pool chemistry, athletic field maintenance, safety inspections, code compliance, contract administration, move management, procurement services, work order management and emergency management response. Through the management of in-house staff and out-sourced contracted services, Facilities Management will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of all services. We're here to do good things for other people by providing excellent service in the various duties that are performed.
Facilities Management is responsible for managing the total operations & ground services for:
- 340 acres of property
- 1.7 million square feet of building space
- 8 Elementary Schools
- 3 Middle Schools
- 3 High Schools
- 1 Alternative High School
- 1 STEAM Academy
- 1 Special Education School
- 2 Early Childhood Centers
- 4 Central Office Support Buildings.
