Before an appointment with a counselor the following needs to be done:

    1. Verify you live in North Farmington's attendance area

    3. Fill out all enrollment forms and turn in to the counseling office
    4. Secretary will request records from the previous school (transcript/report card and discipline record)

    6. If enrolling during the school year after your counseling appointment your student will start school on the following day.  This will give their counselor time to notify the teachers that they will have a new student starting.
