    Elise LaTurneau

My name is Elise LaTurneau. I have been with Farmington Public Schools for over 5 years. I have roots in the Farmington school district because my father was an elementary principal in the district for many years. Before coming to Farmington I worked for Rochester Community schools for 11 years in the preschool program, specifically with the GSRP program for the past four years. I have my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Rochester College and am currently working on my Master's degree in Early Childhood Education. I am married and have a son who attends Oakland University studying photography.  I also have two dogs, Katie and Emma. I am so lucky to come to work every day and do what I love, nurturing children and empowering families!

    Stephanie Amend

My name is Stephanie Amend and I work in Room 3. I feel very privileged to work here at FCS with exceptional teachers who are dedicated to Early Childhood. Teaching has been my profession for over 20 years.  It is very rewarding for me to see how children progressively learn new skills, develop friendships and become independent and confident individuals. I am married to my husband Chris and we have 2 grown children, Olivia and Kyle. I also have 2 pugs that fill our house with laughter everyday. I enjoy walking my dogs, yoga, and cooking. I am looking forward to an exciting year with your child.
