Nestled inside a beautiful and quaint subdivision, Wood Creek Elementary is a school that offers a wonderful educational experience. The Wood Creek community consists of students, families and educators who are kind, hard working and dedicated to the school’s success.  We are an IB PYP World School that focuses on students being internationally minded and action orientated to help create a better world. We are a community of inquirers and learners led by a dedicated staff that will ensure every student reaches his or her full potential academically and socially.

    Mr. Christopher O’Brien has served as principal at Wood Creek Elementary since 2014. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and his Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Wayne State University. He has worked in Farmington Public Schools since 1998. During this time he taught high school English, served as an assistant principal at Harrison High School and Power Upper Elementary and was principal at Harrison High School. He currently serves as a member of the IB Schools of Michigan board.
