Access to Board of Education Meeting Minutes
In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act (MCL 15.269), Farmington Public Schools Board of Education meeting minutes are available for public inspection at the FPS Central/Administration Office.
- Draft (proposed) minutes are available within 8 business days after a meeting. Drafts are not posted online but may be reviewed in person at the Administration Office, in accordance with OMA requirements.
- Approved minutes are available within 5 business days after the meeting at which they are approved. Approved minutes will also be posted online.
Community members may request to review or obtain copies of minutes (for a reasonable fee) by contacting the Board Office. Please submit requests in writing at least 24 hours in advance by emailing boardofed@fpsk12.net or calling 248-489-3338.
