Meal Prices

The State of Michigan's budget includes FREE meals for all Michigan public school students in the grades Pre-K through 12 for the 2025-2026 school year. Students are entitled to one free breakfast and one free lunch per school day, free of charge. Students MUST take a fruit or vegetable with their breakfast and/or lunch entree for the meal to qualify as a complete meal and be FREE. Additional entrees will be charged $2.35-$3.35. All a la carte purchases must be paid for at the time of purchase; no charging allowed. Please, do not wait until the last minute to add money to your student's account, as in some cases, the deposit does not show immediately.

Lunch

Make the Healthy Choice. Our USDA approved school lunch provides one-third of the Recommended Daily Allowances (RDA) of the five basic food groups for children K-12. Under new federal regulations students can opt to take a minimum of three of the five components or all five for the price of a complete lunch, but one of these must be a fruit or vegetable.

Lunch Entree Prices:

Elementary: first complete meal free
STEAM: first complete meal free
Secondary: first complete meal free, second and so on $2.85 - $3.35 (depending on item)
Reduced Price: $.00
Milk $.50 (first milk is included in the price of lunch.)

Lunches are made up of the following 5 components:

Grain & Protein (2 Components)	Assorted Hot Entrees, Chicken Entrees, Cold Sandwiches, Cheeseburgers, Pizza, Salads, Vegetarian Options, etc.	1 Serving
Vegetable	Fresh Vegetable, Hot Vegetable or Potato Choice	2 Servings
Fruit	Fresh Fruit and Fruit Cup	HS: 2 Servings MS & Elementary: 1 Serving
Milk	8 oz Skim White, 1% White, Skim Chocolate or Skim Strawberry	1 Serving

Breakfast at school is also affordable! It’s available for all students and if you qualify for a free or reduced-price lunch, you also qualify for the free or reduced price breakfast.
