PA227 Enrollment of Non-Resident Children of School District Employees

PA-227 allows our employees (“Employees” are defined as regular part-time or full-time personnel, excluding substitutes, non-faculty coaches, and contract services providers) to apply for enrollment at a school within the District.  The  2024-25 application is open now.

*If you are interested in having your child(ren) attend a Farmington Public School, (with the exception of FSA)  please review the guidelines below and fill out the application.

  • On-Line Pre-Enrollment is available for NEW students to Farmington Public Schools for grades K - 12 and Visions Unlimited

    This online process will allow parents to pre-enroll students and upload required documentation to a secure site.

    Please be advised that enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year may take up to 4 weeks for processing once all the required enrollment documentation has been received. If you have submitted your student's enrollment application and required documentation more than 4 weeks ago, please email admcentralenrollment@fpsk12.net for the status of your enrollment application.
