Farmington Public Schools Welcomes Hallie Snyder as Director of Career Pathways & Workforce Innovation
Hallie Snyder will serve as the district’s first Director of Career Pathways & Workforce Innovation, a newly created role dedicated to expanding college and career readiness opportunities for all students.
This new position reflects FPS’s continued commitment to preparing every learner for future success by connecting classroom learning with real-world opportunities. As Director, Ms. Snyder will lead the district’s efforts in Career and Technical Education (CTE), K–12 Career Readiness, Work-Based Learning (WBL), and K–12 STEM/STEAM programming.
“Hallie brings exceptional experience and vision to this new role,” said Dr. Kelly Coffin, Superintendent of Farmington Public Schools. “She has spent her career aligning education with workforce opportunities, building strong partnerships, and creating pathways that help students discover their passions and thrive. We are excited for her to bring that expertise to Farmington and help us build even more opportunities for our students.”
The creation of this new role is part of FPS’s broader vision to align its mission and Profile of a Lifelong Learner with innovative, career-focused programming. By embedding career readiness across all grade levels, FPS aims to provide students with meaningful pathways that prepare them to excel anywhere their future takes them.
