Below you will find links to the New Hire Packet Materials. All new hires should access the Print and Complete, Federal Tax Form, State Tax Form, Read Only, and the Board Policies and Procedures links. If you are a resident of Detroit or Pontiac, please make sure to print, complete, and return your Resident City Tax form. Bus Drivers and Early Childhood have an additional form listed below.
Please note, Farmington Public Schools (FPS) may use your badge photo on the website and you may also appear in other photos/videos on the website and in social media. If you do not wish to allow FPS to use your photo, then you must complete the Photo and Video Opt-Out for Staff form located on the Employee Resources page.
