Community Support Services

Farmington Public Schools Community Support Services is here to help families navigate challenges that may impact a student’s well-being and success at school. On this page, you’ll find contact information, resources, and support options for times when your family could use extra guidance or connection to services. If you’re not sure where to start, please reach out, we’ll listen, help you explore next steps, and connect you with the right support.

We provide resource interventions and eliminate barriers for ALL Farmington Public Schools students. If you know an FPS student in need of assistance,  please contact us css@fpsk12.net. Your request will be processed by the dedicated staff that makes up the CSS team. You must be approved for free or reduced lunch in order to qualify for many services/requests.
