Community Support Services

We provide resource interventions and eliminate barriers for ALL Farmington Public Schools students. If you know an FPS student in need of assistance, please contact us css@fpsk12.net. Your request will be processed by the dedicated staff that makes up the CSS team.
You must be approved for free or reduced lunch in order to qualify for many services/requests. If you have not done so, please fill out this year's current form here: Education Benefits Form
