Athletic Registration

Getting ready for a season at Farmington Public Schools starts with FinalForms. Before tryouts and the first day of practice, every student-athlete must complete online registration and submit all required forms through FinalForms (paper copies cannot be accepted). If a participation fee applies, you can take care of payment right in the system, too. Once you’ve registered, head to your school’s athletics website for sport-specific details like tryout dates, schedules, and team updates.
