Open Enrollment Meetings:
This year we will be doing a virtual presentation with some live Q&A sessions via Zoom. This will allow you to watch the presentation when you have the time and you can share it with family members. The presentation is about 14 minutes long and can be found here: Virtual Open Enrollment Presentation
An email will be sent out the day of with link and password to access the Q&A sessions. The link is also included here but will not be active until the day and time of the specific Q&A session. You will need the password from the email to access the session. Please send questions to firstname.lastname@example.org and join us for one of the following sessions:
Friday, November 6th from 3-4 p.m.
Friday, November 13th from 3-4 p.m.
Tuesday, November 17th from 4-5 p.m.

Navia Flexible Spending:
Enrollment is done online using the Navia Participant Portal. Links will be active November 2nd. Enrollment must be submitted by November 19th.

Unum Voluntary Life and Disability:
Print, complete and return enrollment/change forms to the Benefits Office by November 19th
The year will be considered a true open enrollment for coverage which means if you are applying for coverage for the first time after declining coverage initially, you will not be asked to provide any Evidence of Insurability. Yeah, no pesky health questions!! See the Open Enrollment presentation for more information or review the information below. If you were considering adding Voluntary Life or Short Term Disability coverage, this is the year to do it!
