    SNAP - Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program for eligible individuals and families, including seniors. Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan can help residents of Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne counties find out if they are eligible. Call 248-338-4250 ext. 3700. This is like a bridge card.

    They assist in finding resources to help with food, clothing and household items, application to the pharmaceutical companies that offer free or discounted prescriptions as well as care counselors for depression, divorce, alcohol and drug addiction, grief, pregnancy, relationships, motivation, health, children, verbal, emotional and physical abuse or isolation.

    Food vouchers for Heartland Marketplace (12 Mile and Farmington Road) are available from St. Vincent DePaul volunteers or in the parish office of St. Fabian Church, 32200 Twelve Mile Road, Farm. Hills, MI 48334. Each voucher has a maximum value of $50.00 and can only be used for food items.
