Welcome back to the first day of school for students in Grades 1-4!

Kindergarten students only begin their first week of school with a staggered start. In order to help with their transition into school, Kindergarten students are assigned to begin school on either Tuesday, September 2, Wednesday, September 3, or Thursday, September 4. All Kindergarten students will attend school together on Friday, September 4.

Delayed Start: School begins one hour later. The first bell will ring at 10:02 a.m. followed by the tardy bell at 10:07 a.m.

Every Thursday, our Longacre LOC Credit Union is open for business at 3:15 p.m. Last day for credit union is Thursday, May 22

IMPORTANT SCHOOL LUNCH INFORMATION

PIZZA day will now be Wednesdays.  Salad bar will not be offered at this time.

 

NEGATIVE LUNCH BALANCE POLICY

Students will not be allowed to make lunch purchases with a negative balance of $5.00 before May 1st. After May 1st they will not be allowed to make a lunch purchase if there is any negative balance.

Please add money to your child’s lunch account by visiting MISTAR ParentPortal at http://www.farmington.k12.mi.us/parentconnect/index.php and using a credit card.

If you are unable to make payments online, please make checks payable to “Farmington Public Schools.” You may write one check ONLY if your children attend one school, but you must include each child’s name, account number and the amount you want deposited in each account. If you have children in multiple schools, please write a separate check for each student.


Peanut and Allergy Alert:
Several students at Longacre have significant allergies to peanuts and/or all nut products. Students may also have allergies to other food products. We request that parents not send products containing nuts to the lunchroom or classrooms.
