Enroll in School


Documentation Required at Time of Enrollment


Proof of Residency (3 items are required)

All residents must present either:

  • Proof of Home Ownership - Deed, current property tax statement, or closing documents
  • Lease/Rental agreement with occupancy date (list of all occupants)

Plus two (2) items from the list below:

  • Current gas, electric, telephone or cable bill (Water bill is unacceptable because water bill is addressed to "Occupant")

Note: We do not accept a PO Box as a valid address.


Birth Certificate

  • Child must be 5 years old by December 1 of current year to enroll in kindergarten
  • Original birth certificate must be provided, and a copy will be made.

Immunization Record


Proof of Family Relationship (if applicable)

  • Custody papers from court (student must live with a parent/legal guardian residing in the school district)
  • Guardianship papers (additional residency documentation will be required)
  • Passport with valid Visa (if not a U.S. citizen)

Other Information

Records from Previous Schools
Parent will be asked to supply student's records from previous school or sign a release for request of the records.

Health Data
A physical exam is recommended for all new students.
