Botsford Health Care Continuum
The Botsford Health Care Continuum is an integrated system of health care services ranging from emergency and non-emergency transportation, inpatient and ambulatory hospital services, community education, physician network and an extensive array of programs for older adults including a residential community. Services to the youth of our community include pediatric physicians, specialists in ear, nose and throat, orthopedics and an affiliation with the pediatric cardiology department of University of Michigan Medical Center. Emergency services are available 24 hours a day inclusive of pediatric emergencies. Sports medicine and rehabilitation for young athletes is provided at the Botsford Center of Health Improvement. Also, at this location is Health Development Network which offers a variety of health education programs that target youth such as asthma management, baby-sitting and healthy eating choices. Community Emergency Medical Service Life Support Training Institute provides CPR and first aid education for students of all ages and offers on-site programs for children about 911 and emergency response. Volunteer opportunities for high school age students are available through Botsford General Hospital and the Botsford Continuing Health Center.

Oakland Community College - Orchard Ridge Campus
OCC-Orchard Ridge Campus offers a variety of cultural and educational programs to area youth. In addition, physical education facilities, as well as summer recreational programs, are available to middle school and high school students.

Salvation Army Corps Community Centers - Farmington Hills
The Salvation Army provides weekly youth activities which include youth choirs, character building programs and Bible studies. Summer camp programs are also available. They also offer a FREE afterschool program on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3 - 6 p.m. with tutors available to help with homework. There is no transportation available for this program.
